Account Director - Sales
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with FMCG clients & agency contacts – develop a good understanding of the client’s organisation, their marketing strategies and objectives.

Accurately track, forecast and report revenues. Exceed quarterly revenue targets by selling at the necessary rates.
Play an active role on the team supervising more junior members and supporting peers. Position may have a direct report (TBC).
Work Experience:
Experience working at an FMCG company, supermarket retailer or marketing agency / service provider specialising in digital/mobile marketing, promotional marketing, shopper marketing or related area.
Experience of developing and managing client and agency relationships at various levels.
Track record of major account selling and delivering on client revenue targets. (unless from client side marketing career path)
Requirements:
BA/BSc degree (or equivalent) with strong background of academic and extra-curricular achievement.
Solid computer skills including Power Point, Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of customer marketing, marketing promotions, shopper marketing or digital marketing from with the FMCG brand or supermarket retail landscape
Excellent references (recent & relevant) and demonstrates strong previous career track record.

Account Manager - Client Services
Position Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for relationship building and developing the operational account strategy with our key clients. The Account Manager is a vital member of the Client Services team responsible for managing the implementation of our clients' promotional campaigns. In addition, the Account Manager will be responsible for business analysis, on-going communication, procedures, incremental revenue and tactics to optimise the customer campaign experience. Successful candidates will have excellent account management skills and the ability implement complex digital campaigns for the world’s largest brands. This position reports to the Client Services Director.
Responsibilities:
Must master all operational aspects of coupon campaign launches including, but not limited to: knowledge of products and solutions, customer experience optimisation and business analysis.
Responsible for the presale operational consulting, campaign development and operational measurement of marketing campaigns on beforeIshop, partner and client websites.
Conduct presales planning with Sales Executives to provide appropriate client recommendations. Provide best practices and consultancy to meet and exceed client goals.
Manage the implementation of client projects including establishing overall campaign timelines and setting clear expectations with clients.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure clear communication throughout the online marketing program.
Maintain relationships with Sales Executives to ensure timely, accurate and prompt updates concerning client accounts. Facilitate internal account team relationships.
Identify up-sell opportunities and manage the fulfilment of purchased services for clients and their agents. Lead efforts to deliver incremental revenue for assigned accounts in conjunction with the sales exec.
Reports on the status of the account in the form of weekly account update emails, monthly account snapshots and other metric tracking documentation including streamlining of processes.
Assist with special projects as assigned by the Client Services Director.
Occasional travel (5-10%) and client-site meetings may be required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in operations management, business, communications, marketing or related field (and/or equivalent, relevant work experience).
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in account management or operations management or client services - dealing directly with customers and sales executives.
Advanced time management skills are critical for success.
Experienced in identifying and messaging up-sell opportunities from an operational perspective.
Excellent organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Outstanding ability to multi-task while operating in an environment of frequently changing priorities and successfully managing the demands of a quickly growing workforce.

Job Description:
In this newly created position of Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing the company’s corporate marketing plan and budget. Working with the Sales & Corporate Marketing Director, you will be tasked with delivering a plan of B2B marketing activities & initiatives that build awareness of the company’s brands, products and services amongst our customer base of FMCG brands, marketing agencies & supermarket retailers. We’re seeking a proven entity, an experienced hand so to speak, who can quickly get to grips with the role and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and finalising the marketing strategy, plan and deliverables.
Managing the on-going development of our corporate website content updates – ensuring it acts as a shop window and remains engaging.
Managing the creation and delivery of a quarterly corporate e-Newsletter.
Coordinating and supervising the creative development of sales & marketing collateral as needed.
Partnering with sales team to create sales resources and tools (i.e. sales sheets, presentations,
research summaries, case studies etc.) that help communicate our services and build client interest.
Management of PR agency including working collaboratively to set the agenda for future releases, creating story ideas and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Supervising all creative work and branding.
Explore the development of on-going closed loop lead generation processes.
Undertaking regular research briefs and assignments and turning results / insights into compelling stories.
Reviewing our marketing activities across social media.
Managing the creation and production of corporate videos and demos.
Co-ordinating entry into relevant industry awards (The COGS, ISP Awards).

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B marketing & campaign management, ideally with a marketing services provider, marketing agency, media owner or technology provider.
